Cancellation / Refund Policy

If the customer would like to cancel his/her order, he/she will have to logon into his account and then access “My Account” and then navigate to “My Orders”. Next, email soldiertalk.b2c@gmail.com or call us to request to cancel while referencing your order number and the date to speed up the cancellation process, preferably using the same email account that was registered with D & G Marketing. D & G Marketing will then do its utmost to prevent the shipment from leaving the warehouse.

In the event that the order has already been shipped, please reject the shipment upon arrival to your premises. If you are an overseas customer, the costs of resending the shipment back to D & G Marketing will be borne by you.

For refunds, the full payment will be refunded back to your credit card account minus the cost of delivery incurred. If the refund is unsuccessful for whatever reason, you may be asked to provide your bank details for an alternate mode of refund.


Warranties & Limitation of Liabilities

D & G Marketing expressly excludes all warranties, descriptions, representations or advice rendered as to the fitness or suitability for any purpose, tolerance to any conditions, similarity to sample, merchantability or otherwise of the Product supplied to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Customer assumes all risks connected with the use and storage of the Product. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any damages (regardless of the foundation for the action) shall not exceed in the aggregate the amount of fees actually paid by you to us during the month immediately preceding the act allegedly giving rise to our liability.
